Order Processing
Processing Timeframes
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST may not be processed until the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed. A second email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. You can view the exact shipping cost during checkout before finalizing your order. We use Shopify Shipping to calculate the most cost-effective shipping rates from our authorized carriers.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $150. Free shipping promotions apply only to standard shipping methods and do not include expedited or priority shipping options.
International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. Country availability is displayed at checkout. If your country is not listed, we regrettably cannot ship to your location at this time.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International Address Requirements
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate, including any apartment or unit numbers, postal codes, and contact phone numbers. We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures due to incorrect address information.
Package Tracking
All orders include package tracking at no additional cost. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can also view your order status and tracking information in your account on our website.
Shipping Restrictions
Address Restrictions
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for certain product types or shipping methods. Please provide a physical street address when placing your order.
Product Restrictions
Some products may not be available for shipping to certain locations due to size, weight, or regulatory restrictions. This will be indicated on the product page or during checkout.
Shipping Insurance
Claims Process
In the event of loss or damage during transit, please contact our customer service team within 5 business days of the expected delivery date. We will assist you with filing an insurance claim with the carrier.
Delivery Issues
Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier may leave a notice with instructions for rescheduling delivery or picking up your package. We are not responsible for additional fees incurred due to failed delivery attempts.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is reported as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 48 hours. For visibly damaged packages, please refuse delivery or note the damage when signing for the package, and contact us immediately with photos of the damaged package.
Service Interruptions
Shipping times may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, carrier service disruptions, customs delays, or global shipping disruptions. We will make reasonable efforts to inform customers of any significant delays.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled prior to shipping by contacting our customer service team. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, and our return policy will apply.
